Refund Policy – WebSolutions LLC

By signing this document or agreeing before making an online/offline payment for a service provided by WebSolutions LLC, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”). WebSolutions LLC reserves the right to update and change these terms from time to time without prior notice. Any new features that enhance the current service, including new tools and resources, will be subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of these changes. Violation of any of the terms below will result in the termination of your account.

Refund Policy

  • WebSolutions LLC charges the payment only after the issue has been resolved and the purchased product has been successfully installed on the customer’s computer.

  • As a guarantee of our products and services, we offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

  • All services provided by WebSolutions LLC are based on license keys for yearly subscription plans. After 30 days, only a partial refund will be issued up to 60 days from the date of purchase.

  • After 60 days, no refunds will be provided.

Terms & Conditions

  • The customer’s IP address on the payment gateway reflects the authorization by the customer for the transaction.

  • Our services are provided exclusively through phone, chat, and email. Onsite service is not included.

  • By agreeing to these terms, the customer acknowledges that WebSolutions LLC does not provide support for hardware-related issues including but not limited to PCs, servers, printers, routers, or other network devices.

  • WebSolutions LLC does not provide any replacement or standby computer parts for malfunctioning hardware.

  • The customer is responsible for maintaining the security of their PC, including usernames and passwords. WebSolutions LLC is not liable for any data loss or theft resulting from customer negligence.

  • Customers are advised not to share their computer username and password with support professionals. If they accidentally share, they should change their password immediately.

  • WebSolutions LLC is not responsible for any loss of data or unauthorized access due to unattended remote sessions.

  • Customers should always ensure that a live person is on the phone when accepting a remote support session. If a remote session request is received without a live agent on call, the customer is advised not to accept the session.

  • Customers may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized activities. Any such misuse will result in immediate termination of service.

  • Customers are expected to comply with the cyber laws of the USA and/or their respective country of residence.

  • WebSolutions LLC, as a merchant, shall not be liable for any transaction authorization decline due to the customer exceeding their preset bank limit.
